Upon receiving a fully compliant IP or DMCA notice, Tinyboba will act swiftly within 24 to 48 business hours to remove or disable access to the potentially infringing material from our active website catalog pending further review.
Counter Notification Process
If a product listing or material was removed due to a mistake or misidentification, the affected party may submit a written Counter Notification containing:
- Physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material that was removed and the URL before removal.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- Consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which the address is located (or New Milford, CT).
Upon receipt of a valid Counter Notification, we will forward it to the original complaining party. If the complaining party does not file a court action seeking a court order within 10 to 14 business days, we may restore the removed content.
